She Always Felt Most Herself at the Sea – 24″ x 30″

This was created after a day in Gloucester, MA.  I used photos I’d taken at the Boston Aquarium of sea anemones and sea urchins, the former to use as sleeves (the actual inspiration for the piece) and the urchins as a necklace. Shots taken at the beach were used as her skirt and background.
